Our service is based on a Preventive Maintenance Plan, which seeks to anticipate and prevent failures causing major repair emergencies that cause major economic and operative losses for the Condominium and inconvenience to the condominiums and tenants.

 

The program to be implemented includes the following actions:

As a first instance a thorough inspection of the condominium and its areas will be conducted condominium in all areas:

 

ADMINISTRATIVE AREA AND ACCOUNTING 24 hours a day available on line, including administrative management system personal design. Reports and monthly statements sent to owners and committees.

 

SAFETY AREA, 24-Hour service and emergencies 365 days and Control of Common Areas of the condominium.

 

AREA OF MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL Employee Training, Training and Incentive Program. Design and creation of work programs for employees. Careful selection of employees for the condominium, checking references. Careful selection of outside workers to the condominium.

 

SERVICE AREA OF THE CONDOMINIUM Immediate response to activities of the Supervisory Committee .Constant communication with the Supervisory Committee and the condominium

 

MAINTENANCE PROGRAM AREA Design and implementation of preventive programs for the Condominium teams.

 

LEGAL HELP AREA CONDOMINIUM Care Standards in the condominium, Application of Regulation approved Legal support to all residents of the condominium residents especially foreigners .

 

SUGGESTED PROGRAM AREA OR CONDOMINIUM Technical Service of the condominium area Organization of at least one annual meeting of the condominium. Permanent organization of meetings with the Supervisory Board.
