This type of service, that applies to the installation system of air-conditioning, hydraulics, sanitary, gas, electrical, finishes, painting, pools, gardening, cleaning and everything that is inside any building, it looks to anticipate the failure and avoid emergency repairs that evoke economical and operational loses for the establishment as well to avoid bothering the guests, condominium or tenant.

 

Generally four types of actions are programmed:

 

In the first instance and for now only an inspection will be done, but in a future service, correction and reparation will be done as well.

 

   Inspection: must be done in the following way:

         a) Ocular: the failure that is detectable by the naked eye: corrosion, wear and tear, etc.

         b) Sensitive to smell: in this case, it may be perceived as a gas leak, elements about to burn.

         c) Sensitive to touch: may be warned by vibrations, humidity, temperatures, etc.
